The high yield ink is the only way to go with this printer. I am still trying to print with out any succes.

They pester you at every step to buy more ink than you need to and look out if you use a cheaper cartridge that is not theirs; each print calls up a box you have to close that says you are cheating them out of a cartridge sale--which was not part of the bargain when I bought their printer!
